The Vet used to be wonderful and considerate but was beyond rude at my last visit. Staff said he was in a mood and they were not kidding! Drove over an hour to be dismissed and talked down to. Wouldn't even put us in an exam room to take a look at my baby, just said nothing he can do. Never again will I set foot in this office!

TERRIBLE!!! I look at my dog as a family member and my baby boy. Sunny is apart of this family so, when he gets a severe gash on his back leg exposing bone and flesh we were horrified! We rushed him the the animal hospital at 9pm and was told he had 24-48 hours in till infection set in and killed him. They sent him home with a pressure wrap and told us to find a veterinarian clinic that could treat his wounds. Now that you have the back story I can get to when we arrived here..... I had given them heads up about the severity of sunny wounds and thought they would had been as considered as me BOY WAS I WRONG. The very FISRT thing I told them was to not remove him pressure wrap( as told by the doctor we seen the night before , they also said that he would bleed out and die if it was removed) and you know the first thing they did? Yup you guess it ripped sunny from my arms and cut off his leg wrap! And by they I mean two boys who did not put on gloves, wash there hands, or ask permission? I was even more shocked (if that's possible at this point) when one of the young men said "yo! That thing really is squirting blood". Ummmmmmmm you don't think!!! Needless to say don't bring your animals here unless you want them to die. They place was unprofessional, dirty, and when I called back to tell them that I was displeased with our interactions the woman on the phone huffed and puffed and said ONLY "ok". This place needs to be shut down!!!!
Walk-in clients only. The place can be busy, especially on Friday afternoon but the staff is very pet oriented and see clients as quickly as possible. The prices are reasonable and staff is knowledgeable.
