Our next trip is already in the making. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The only other part of the park we visited was the Welcome Center which also has a nice gift shop with sweatshirts and postcards and Fairy Stones and things such as that.

Our family took a trip to this park for a day's outing to use the beach. There is a nice snack bar with some convenience items also. There are bathhouses and restrooms for men and women the beach sand itself was neat and clean and I believe there was a volleyball net set up. The water is very shallow or at least it was that day. The only two drawbacks to the day where 1) that they started cleaning and closing the bathhouses right at 5 without giving anyone warning, and 2) that there is quite a sloped walk down to the beach. One of our family members had difficulty with the Hills.

This was our first time going to Fairy Stone and I was very pleased with the stay. Enjoyed walking the trails and the views. Liked that the tent pads are sand and not full of tree roots like other campgrounds. Very quiet and family friendly. The beach area is nice with lots of stuff for little kids to play on. Will definitely be staying there again.

Beautiful! Very relaxing and tends to not be too busy. Swimming is nice and has good fishing. Park workers/rangers are all very friendly!

This is a great park for the whole family. The lake area is easily accessible with shaded grassy area and a sandy beach entry to the lake. The bath house is usually really clean. There are many picnic tables and grills. You can also camp.

We had a wonderful trip and stay at Fairy Stone State Park. The campground was nice and clean, good presence of their Law Enforcement in the campground riding through multiple times during the day and night. The park is beautiful as well as the lake. You have to go outside the park to fairy stone hunt, but it's only a few miles away. We did find a few fairy stones while we were there but it's not as easy to find them as some people think but that's why it's called hunting and not just getting.
